Throughout my journey towards wellness, I have experienced the parallels between yoga, meditation, mindfulness, and mental wellbeing. I have come to understand the profound importance of being in sync with the messages relayed by the body to the brain through the mind-body connection.

Honoring the mind/body connection through utilizing a variety of holistic techniques allows for a deeper connection to the self, promoting a higher level of self-awareness. Through this greater sense of self-awareness, we are better able to identify our feelings/symptoms and therefore more likely to recognize the reasons we may be experiencing certain symptoms.
